Delivery

I aim to send out all orders within 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

• UK Shipping: £5 flat rate
  Orders typically take 5-6 working days to arrive after dispatch.

• International Shipping: £25 flat rate
  International orders usually take 5-15 working days, though sometimes longer depending on customs.

Please note: For international orders, customs and import taxes may apply. Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and I’m not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unused products purchased within 14 days of receipt. Please get in touch to start the return process.

• Return shipping costs are not covered, and I recommend obtaining proof of postage, as I cannot refund items lost on the way back.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with any issues, such as breakages or missing items, please reach out. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. While rare, I’m here to help with any problems that may occur.
