Matte white cup & saucer
A stoneware ceramic cup & saucer in matte white. It was hand thrown, glazed in several layers, and fired at 1250ºc.
Taking inspiration from the rough and wild landscape in the Yorkshire Dales, it was handcrafted locally in Harrogate. Each piece intertwines my Japanese heritage and countryside surroundings to create patterns and glazes which mimic organic textures.
Each ceramic is unique and one of a kind.
FEATURES:
• Approx size: Cup D 10.5cm H 6.5cm, Saucer D 14.5 H 2cm
• Colour: White
• Handmade in the UK
• Food safe glazes
• Dishwasher, microwave safe, although a hand wash is recommended for longevity
• Avoid extreme changes in temperature, as it could cause your ceramics to crack
