Sky blue cup
This stoneware ceramic cup in Sky Blue glaze was hand-thrown, layered with multiple glazes, and fired at 1250ºC.
It comes in two sizes:
Small (D 6cm H 6.5cm, 100ml), ideal for espresso.
Large (D 7.5cm H 8cm, 180ml), perfect for a flat white.
Versatile in design, it can also be used as a sake or tea cup.
Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, each piece is handcrafted in Harrogate, blending my Japanese heritage with the natural textures of the surrounding landscape.
Every cup is one of a kind, bearing the subtle variations that reflect its handmade nature.
