Matte white twisted Yunomi cup
Matte white twisted stoneware Yunomi, a Japanese tea cup, crafted from toasted clay. Hand-thrown, hand-carved, dip-glazed, and fired at 1230ºC, it’s a comfortable size for tea or coffee.
The design draws from the rugged landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales, combined with influences from my Japanese heritage. Made in Harrogate, the patterns and textures reflect a connection to nature and organic forms.
Each ceramic is handmade and one of a kind.
• Approx size: D 10cm H 8.5cm
• Colour: White
• Handmade in the UK
• Food safe glazes
• Dishwasher, microwave safe, although a hand wash is recommended for longevity
• Avoid extreme changes in temperature, as it could cause your ceramics to crack
