Blue chain moon jar
Hand brushed “moon jar” round stoneware ceramic vase, glazed in matte white and blue on toasted clay. It was hand thrown and fired at 1250ºc.
Taking inspiration from the rough and wild landscape in the Yorkshire Dales, it was handcrafted locally in Harrogate. Each piece intertwines my Japanese heritage and countryside surroundings to create patterns and glazes which mimic organic textures.
Each ceramic is one of a kind.
