Hakeme bowl II ⌀13cm
This stoneware bowl features Hakeme, a traditional Japanese white slip decoration applied with a hake brush on black clay. It was hand-thrown, hand-brushed, and fired at 1230ºC.
Inspired by the rugged landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales, it was handcrafted in Harrogate. Each piece reflects a blend of my Japanese heritage and the natural textures of the countryside.
The handmade process ensures that every bowl is unique.
