Sky blue cup & saucer
A stoneware ceramic cup and saucer in Sky Blue glaze, hand-thrown, layered with glazes, and fired at 1250ºC.
Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Yorkshire Dales, it was crafted in Harrogate, blending my Japanese heritage with the natural textures of the countryside. The soft blue glaze adds a serene touch, inviting quiet moments of reflection.
Each set is unique, with subtle variations that reflect its handmade nature.
• Approx size: Cup D 10.5cm H 6.5cm, Saucer D 14.5 H 2cm
• Colour: Blue
• Handmade in the UK
• Food safe glazes
• Dishwasher, microwave safe, although a hand wash is recommended for longevity
• Avoid extreme changes in temperature, as it could cause your ceramics to crack
